Floreasca story

Located in Floreasca's residential area, the project has a modern architecture, embedded with ingenuity in the green surroundings. The 22 apartments disposed on 8 floors are delightful due to the generous surfaces, the finishes with quality materials and the large glass surfaces from which the residents can admire the exceptional view anytime, whose key points are Lake Floreasca, Lake Colentina, Lake Tei and Verdi Park. Thanks to a new architectural concept of an award-winning architect, the apartments on the ground floor and the first two floors have a direct view of the lake, the landscape of the next three levels is completed by trees and the last two floors have a 360 degree panorama of Bucharest. The ventilated façade contributes to the spectacular view, giving the feeling of space and ensuring brightness so that the inhabitants can enjoy as much natural light as possible throughout the day.

Floreasca 1 - the perfect blend of refinement, intimacy and comfort.

The building includes underground parking for visitors and visitors on the ground, and the tenants can enjoy a gym and the project’s garden, with direct access to the lake. A true landmark of the area in which it is located, Floreasca 1 is the perfect space for anyone who wants to live in an impeccably built building, according to the highest standards, in the immediate vicinity of urban nature and facilities corresponding to the needs of modern families.
